Welcome to South Side Elementary! We are the home of the Falcons, and in our school, we all have Falcon Pride! We believe learning is fun and accessible to ALL students. We are a tight-knit family of staff and students pushing forward to achieve successes that will help us all find our collective places in the world.

Our students focus on eight character traits throughout the year: Kindness, Diligence, Respect, Responsibility, Attitude, Trustworthiness, Citizenship, and Caring. Every quarter, we celebrate our students' successes in achieving these eight traits. In fact, we celebrate success often because we feel positive reinforcement is a staple of learning at South Side. Our District Mission is "to ensure high levels of learning for all students in order that they are college and/or career ready when they graduate high school." As a staff of lifelong learners at South Side, we are energized to help our students progress through 2^nd and 3^rd grade in order to achieve this mission!
